Sometimes it is very important to see, what brought two souls together as a couple. There are the so called soulmate relationships, where to people embrace each other first and then push each others buttons, to go emotionally or spiriutally onto the next level. Here the most beloved souls give us the most difficult learning lessons.

In a so called "perfect relationsip" we have learned, that we have to eat our own life's cake and everybody else is noly the icing on the cake. These relationships don't function out of need, but out of respect.

These people have learned that they have to take care of themselves first, before they can take care of anybody else. Therefor they act responsible, instead of pointing fingers.

Our society supports people's believes that they have to make everybody else happy and then they get happiness in return. Unfortunately it does not work that way.
We have to know what makes us happy first, to be able to share happiness.
Otherwise our well dries out and we can't do anything and help anybody.

To make yourself happy first is therefore a neccessity and a responsibility, not ego.

In my counseling sessions, I refer to the reasons, why a couple came together, what are their strength and weaknesses together and how to make strength out of weaknesses in the end.

My guiding ones have many practical ideas in that regard and therefor want to help you to change you from autopilot mode to active creative mode.

As our subconscious wants to prove us right, it reiterates our believes. So what do we believe in regard of marriage, in regard of relationships? What puts us onto auto pilot? Where do the patterns we are trapped in come from?
